Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

Fixed Tube sheet

A fixed tube sheet heat exchanger has straight tubes secured at both ends to the stationary tube sheets that are welded to the shell.

Floating Head

Floating head heat exchanger is one of the most used heat exchanger. As shown in the name of it, in this design, one end of the tubesheet is fixed to the shell.

Hair Pin( Double Pipe) UP TO 50 ton capacity

Hairpin heat exchangers use true counter-current flow. Unlike multi-pass shell and tube designs where correction factors are used to account for inefficiencies resulting from co-current passes.

U Tubes

A shell and tube heat exchanger consists of a series of tubes housed within a cylindrical container known as a ‘shell’. All tubes within the shell are collectively termed a ‘tube bundle’ or ‘tube nest’).

Single and Multi pass

the multi-pass heat exchanger reverses the flow in the tubes by use of one or more sets of “U” bends in the tubes. The “U” bends allow the fluid to flow back and forth across the length of the heat exchanger.

Finned tube heat exchanges

Shell and tube heat exchangers work by passing a hot or cold fluid or gas through a series of tubes (known as a tube bundle) enclosed in a large metal shell.

Water Cooled Condensers

Hood assembly for steel plants

A water-cooled condenser is a chiller component that removes heat generated by an industrial or commercial process. Condensers can be considered a form of heat exchanger, as they both serve similar functions.

Upper and Lower hood assembly

Upper and Lower Code Assemblies from Girisons General Trading offer comprehensive solutions for efficient heat dissipation in various industrial applications.

Water wall Membrane for power plants

The wet type is the most common type of water cooled condenser. It has a heat exchanger and a cooling medium, like water, to cool the air before it enters the compressor.

Skirts for Steel Plants

A large heat exchanger designed to cool exhaust steam from a turbine below the boiling point so that it can be returned to the heat source as water.

Reactors and Pressure vessels

Reactors for process Industries

A reactor is a vessel used to add chemicals and conduct chemical reactions. Reactors are used in many industries to produce a wide range of products. For example, in the petroleum industry, reactors are used to produce oil and gas.

Reactors for Pharma industries

It is usually understood to be a process vessel used to carry out a chemical reaction, which is one of the classic unit operations in chemical process study. Customized Design of a chemical reactor contract with manifold aspect of chemical manufacturing.

Vertical Coulmns ( SS, CS ,MS)

In the column chromatography, the solvent is poured from the top of the glass tube. If the glass tube is not placed vertically, the solvent will not flow properly and the separation of compound is disturbed.

Storage tanks

Storage tanks are large containers that hold liquids, gases, or mediums used to store heat or cold. They are often cylindrical in shape and have a flat bottom, fixed or floating roof, and piping and pump stations. Storage tanks can be located above or below ground.

Deaerator tanks

Deaerators are mechanical devices that remove dissolved gases from boiler feedwater. Deaeration protects the steam system from the effects of corrosive gases. It accomplishes this by reducing the concentration of dissolved oxygen and carbon dioxide to a level where corrosion is minimized.
